Today, the new daily crochet pattern Amigurumi Angel Gnome Free Crochet Pattern, I want to give you some information about this pattern;

MATERIALS:
Sport cotton yarn – Yarn Art Jeans (160m – 50 g (174 yds – 50 g))
or another yarn next colors:
• white yarn for a body, arms, hat (#01)
• yellow yarn for decoration (#67)
• beige yarn for a nose (#7)
• white acrylic yarn for a beard
• fiber filler
• wooden stick


TOOLS:
• 2 mm crochet hook
• large needle for sewing, scissors, pet brush
• knitting markers


ABBREVIATIONS:

MR – magic (amigurumi) ring
sc – single crochet
bp sc – back post single crochet
hdc – half double crochet
dc – double crochet
tr – treble crochet
BLO – back loop only
BL st – bubble stitch
inc – increase, 2 sc in one stitch
dec – decrease, 2 sc together
sl st – sleep stitch
ch – chain
st – stitch

The size of the Gnome – 18 cm (8 inches)

Use the white yarn, 2 mm crochet hook.
The head and the body are crocheting with a solid piece. Then arms, nose are sewn on.

Begin to stuff the piece.

Stuff the toy with fiber filler.
Draw the yarn through 6 loops and pull until the hole is tightly closed.

Leave the long tail for seving and cut the thread.
Stuff the piece with fiber filler.
Sew the nose between 19-23 rounds from the bottom of the body.


ARMS (2 pieces)
Use the white yarn and 2 mm crochet hook.
R 1: MR (6)
R 2-9: (6) (8 rounds)
Leave the thread for sewing and cut it.
Sew the arms as shown on the photo.


THE BOTTOM OF THE BODY
Use the yellow yarn, a hook 2 mm
Begin to crochet between 8-9 rounds of the lower torso.
R 1: sc to the end round
R 2: hdc to the end round
R 3: (ch, sl st) to the end round
Cut and secure the thread.

BEARD
Use the white acrylic yarn.
Cut 26-30 threads (approximately 25 cm (10 inches).
Take two threads, fold in half and fasten with a hook around the nose of the gnome as shown on photos.
Brush a beard with a pet brush.
Straighten the beard with your hands, smooth it.

Cut and secure threads.

HALO
Use the yellow yarn
Starting crochet in the end of the 8 round from the MR (where crocheted bp sc).
Crochet – (BL st, 1 sl st) * 24


HOW TO DO A BUBBLE STITCH
(BL st – dc3tog) – start for this stitch with yellow yarn.
Make yarn over and insert the hook into the next stitch. Yarn over and pull through, yarn over and pull through two stitches. This process will be repeated 3 times and you will end up with 4 loops on your hook. Yarn over and pull through all of the loops on the hook.
Cut and secure the thread.
Take the yellow thread 15 cm (6″), attach it under the halo (3 rounds lower). Tie the thread, cut it.


ANGEL WINGS
Use the white yarn.
Crochet by rows.
Make 30 ch, starting in the second loop from the hook:
R 1: 29 sc
R 2: 5 sc, 3 dec, 9 dc, 5 inc (with
dc), 4 sc, turn
R 3: 2 sc, 1 dc, 1 inc (with dc), 7 inc
(with tr), 1 inc (with dc), 9 dc, 2 dec,
2 sc, 1 sl st, turn
R 4: skip 1 st, 3 sc, 24 dc, 1 inc (with
dc), 1 dc, 3 sc, sl st.
Change the yarn to yellow
R 5: (1 ch, 1 sl st in the next st) *
repeat to the end row.
Cut and secure the threads.
Make two wings.
Sew two wings together.
Sew wings to the back part of
the hat as shown on the pictures.
Put the hat on the gnome.


STAR
Use the yellow yarn
R 1: MR (12)
R 2: (1 sc and 1 dc in one st, 4 ch, 1 dc and 1 sc in this st too) * 6 times
Cut and secure the thread.
Take a wooden stick and push the sharp end through the gnome’s hand and then through the star. Trim the stick to the desired length.
