Today, the new daily crochet pattern Amigurumi Monkey Free Crochet Pattern, I want to give you some information about this pattern;

Abbreviations
Mr – magic ring or make ch 2 and sc into the first ch.
Sc – single crochet
Inc – increase
Dec – decrease (invisible dec)
(…)*n – repeat stitches in brackets n times
Slst – slip stitch
Ch – chain
Hdc – half double crochet
Dc – double crochet
Trc – treble crochet
BLO – back loop only
FLO – front loop only
Color – change the color


Materials
Crochet hook 4-5mm for chunky yarn
Yarn – Himalaya Dolphin Baby
Other brand are Yarn art, Premier Parfait (most similar
available in the US), etc depending on where you’re

Stitch marker, Scissors, Fiber fill, Safety eyes or felt, Yarn needle

    Fasten off, cut the yarn. Don’t forget to stuff the head with a
    lot of fiber fill. Insert safety eyes 12mm between r.10-11, 5
    stitches between. Use a brown yarn and embroidery the nose
    on r.11 (feel free to be creative, mine is just an example <3).
    Don’t forget to use pink yarn to sew the cheeks just beside the
    eyes!

Let’s start with making the first leg.

    Fasten off, cut the yarn and make another leg from r.1-5 and
    continue making ch 2 and join the first leg.

    and sew on the body r.16

Tail – brown

    Fasten off and leave a long tail to sew on r.6-7 (just below the
    red butt)

Banana – brown

    Stuff the banana with fiber fill. Weave in the rest of yarn.
    Now we will crochet the banana peel/skins.
    Insert your hook on r.7 (where we did BLO before, now we
    have front loop to crochet), make ch 4, second ch from hook,
    slst, 2sc (count as 1 peel), slst on the next 2 stitches. Repeat
    the (ch 4, second ch from hook, slst, 2sc) how many times you
    want to make the amount of peels you want. And just slst on
    the front loop that you don’t want to make a peel. You can
    hide the rest of yarn in the banana.
